wouldnt dare spend a millon dollars on a car if i were a billionaire, complete waste

of money,in my opinion

You are actually right. I'd spend it on a collection of cars.

The Maybach 57 Coupe conversion is one million dollars US, taxes included. Driving one around doesn't so much speak of ones' taste, but rather that the owner probably has more money than many small countries.

I can't get past the fact it looks like a mid-level Mercedes Benz mated with a Cadillac. A million for that? I'd buy a beat up old Maverick and use the remaining $999,500 for something a bit more useful. B)

The Maybach is just an alternative for the Limousine crowd. Not much of a ‘drivers car’; more of a ‘chauffer my butt around’ car. Much like a Rolls Royce. I don’t think we have many here fitting that description, including myself.

When it comes to what we would buy if we had a million to spare, I suggest that be separated into two categories- new, and everything else.

Why not? It's already got a solid front axle. B)

Yup, and there's plenty of wheel, brake, suspension options that would work as good on the quarter mile as they do on the dirt (just look at what the Petty Cash boys have done with their road race XJ!)

Some pictures from X-Treme Car Show. It was in Finland some time ago- and I'm not sure if some of these cars have been posted before, but most of them are not.
