arby1949 Posted October 8, 2011 Posted October 8, 2011 Here is my '56 Nomad, mostly stock, but decided to add Weber carbs.
W-409 Posted October 8, 2011 Posted October 8, 2011 Great job with it. I like these pictures alot, they look like 50 years old, maybe colors make them look like it. I like the two tone paintjob you've done, and engine looks very good, detailing is great.
Terror Posted October 8, 2011 Posted October 8, 2011 Love the color.Looks very real.2nd pic looks like its parked in front of a barn.Cool works, photos and model.
Crazy Ed Posted October 8, 2011 Posted October 8, 2011 That's just plain PRETTY! And it's my Favorite of the Tri Fives. The whole build is very well done and you even added the Hot Rodders Blue "Dot" in the tail lights which other than the power pack twin exhaust would have been a warning to stop light racers to think twice ;-). Courious - Where'd the Cross Webers come from? Crazy Ed
Dr. Cranky Posted October 8, 2011 Posted October 8, 2011 What a beauty. Love the color, and the details are excellent. Congrats.
Eshaver Posted October 8, 2011 Posted October 8, 2011 Seems like that kit builds impressively. Very realistic ............ Ed Shaver
arby1949 Posted October 8, 2011 Author Posted October 8, 2011 Thanks for all the comments. The Webers came from a Corvette kit. I built the cross tubes from aluminum tubing. and added fuel lines.
