kustoms4lyfe2
Would anyone here be interested in modifying a body. I have the kit but just don't believe I can pull off the replica I want to build. Is there anyone that would like to help me out. I can pay. Chuck Most
I wonder if a Beatnik Bandit fender unit could be made to work for the fenders. Not sure if the body has been narrowed (it has obviously been shortened), but I think using a Revell '69 body and the BB fenders and a little cut-and-paste action might at least get you in the ballpark. Sam Cates
It looks to me like some sort of Vette-Beatnik Bandit-Gypsy Buggy-Lil' Coffin hybrid. With patience and determination I think you can do it, try it, dee what you can come up with!
Joe Handley
Wow, that thing is pretty wild!
Greg Pugh
Yeah, why not try your hand at it first? It's not like you're trying it on a real Corvette.
buskid
Rear end looks like a newer style Mini-Cooper. I would break the car down to it's obvious shapes and see if there are models that exist with these shapes before attempting something like this. From the looks of it, I think everyone's comments are right on the money for the ideas you'll need.
kustoms4lyfe2
Well I messed up one body already and really didn't won't to mess up another. I just thought I could find someone who could do it. I am not planning on showing or anything. I am just wanting to add it to my collection of ISCA replicas I am in the process of building. This one is the wildest by far. There is another that I am working on that is pretty wild but not like this. A lot of people don't like these older show cars but its what I grew up around. Here is a pic of the other car I am working on. I close friend of my dads originally built and showed it back in the 80s. Then he sold it and it has been just passed around over the years. I hope yall like. Thanks for the help by the way.

sobpinstriping
Sometimes just because you can doesn't mean you should ....and I love old show cars.
Modellpularn
That 'Vette sort of reminds me of the old XR-6 show rod. A lot of work is required...... The Camaro, eehhh, ummm, sorry but I think I'm gonna be sick..... A bit over the top. Maybe it was hot stuff back then, but what's wrong with GM's styling....? kustoms4lyfe2
Like I said, I knew there were people who would like them but thats with anything. Everyone has their own opinion. Thanks for looking though.
Greg Pugh
Are the heads welded to the block on that Camaro? Yikes!
kustoms4lyfe2
Yes. The engine is completely one piece. It is pointless and can't be driven but it doesn't up the wow factor. I would love to own a show car.
Reeves Racing
Yes. The engine is completely one piece. It is pointless and can't be driven but it doesn't up the wow factor. I would love to own a show car. One piece of bondo.... That is the ugliest front end I have ever seen... poor Camaro...
Chris M
I think the Camaro is insane! look at that induction setup! And the fan?! Outrageous.
kustoms4lyfe2
Well like I say people have their own opinions. Everyone has different likes and dislikes. The cars really works of art. If you saw them in person you would be amazed by the detail and fit and finish of these cars. Whether you like the looks or not.
