geetee66 Posted December 6, 2011 Posted December 6, 2011 whoa! they look so real! you do really nice work buddy. thanks for showing us your terrific builds. truly some of the best out there...I swear.
Greg Pugh Posted December 6, 2011 Posted December 6, 2011 I'd say you had a great year! There's some nice stuff there. I especially love the Dart, the 'Bird and the Victoria. I love your builds and I'm looking forward to what 2012 has in store.
deathskull59 Posted December 6, 2011 Posted December 6, 2011 now that tbird and the 53 vicky i like and their still cool.
Dr. Cranky Posted December 6, 2011 Posted December 6, 2011 You've had a great year, buddy. I love the T-bird too, but lots of your builds are on my favorites list. For a minute I thought you were saying Happy Holidays because that's what I am saying to you now. Also, I hope 2012 will be a great year for you at the bench. I know you will keep the eye candy coming out way. Cheers!
Terry Sumner Posted December 6, 2011 Posted December 6, 2011 I'm with Dick here...they are ALL excellent but that T-Bird is BAD man! That paint is superb! Please tell us what paint was used, how it was painted, etc etc. Spill yer guts man!
SuperStockAndy Posted December 6, 2011 Posted December 6, 2011 That's awesome, any more pics of the Dart?
Harry P. Posted December 7, 2011 Posted December 7, 2011 Very nice! You are one of the best builders to post here. And as Sammy Davis would say... "And I mean that, man!"
Wayne Buck Posted December 7, 2011 Posted December 7, 2011 (edited) I thought only Harry was allowed to do the Real or Model thing? On a serious note, those are some very AMAZING builds, Marcos!!! I LOVE all of them! Although, I've seen just about all of them on here before when you first built them, I wouldn't mind you sharing them once a week for the next several years! Thanks again for sharing... My mouth was feeling kinda dry and you've certainly just fixed that! Edited December 7, 2011 by Wayne Buck
Tonioseven Posted December 7, 2011 Posted December 7, 2011 Truly terrific and awe-inspiring work on all of them! The Victoria is my favorite if I had to pick one! Because of yours, I ordered that kit!!
Casey Posted December 7, 2011 Posted December 7, 2011 Very nice! You are one of the best builders to post here. That's exactly what I was thinking when I looked at his builds. Clean, with just enough detail to grab your attention, yet no visual hiccups to interrupt the flow. You do some fantastic work, Cruz.
cruz Posted December 7, 2011 Author Posted December 7, 2011 Thank you very much for your replies fellas, I certainly appreciate them and I am very honored to know you have enjoyed all my builds. Terry, below is a link to the entire Tbird build. Paint is nail polish (Buffy the Violet Slayer) and Odds and Ends clear to seal the paint and decals. http://public.fotki.com/MCRUZ1/1962-ford-thunderbird-pro/ The Dart is a model I built for a friend....

84vanagon Posted December 7, 2011 Posted December 7, 2011 All great builds. I'll never get tired of looking at your T-bird though.
chris coller Posted December 7, 2011 Posted December 7, 2011 That's what's up! I missed yo u at the meeting this month. They all look great Cruz.
meaneyme Posted December 8, 2011 Posted December 8, 2011 Awesome work as always Cruz, my favorite? That Victoria is hard to beat.
SuperStockAndy Posted December 8, 2011 Posted December 8, 2011 ~Dart pics~ Awesome Dart, thanks for posting those extra pics
edward smith Posted December 9, 2011 Posted December 9, 2011 Didn't even know you had built that Dart, that thing is gorgeous. The Victoria and the Tbird are out of this world, incredible paintjobs on those things and smooth as glass. I keep hearing so many good things about Donn Yost's method of painting, have you considered using it? Not that you need it
