trogdor Posted December 23, 2011 Posted December 23, 2011 Is that what Chrysler used when they had the push button selector ?
Casey Posted December 23, 2011 Posted December 23, 2011 That one's a classic. You can never have your phase modulators dialed in too perfectly.
Dragline Posted December 23, 2011 Posted December 23, 2011 It's a load of BS. But I was laughing hard, so thanks for that. Hydrocoptic Marzel Vanes? OMG!!! Bob
Darren B Posted December 23, 2011 Posted December 23, 2011 thats exactly what you hear when you take your car to the auto repair place to get work done.
moparmagiclives Posted December 23, 2011 Posted December 23, 2011 thats exactly what you hear when you take your car to the auto repair place to get work done. Sounds like you need to find a new place to go my friend... Is that what Chrysler used when they had the push button selector ? The first transmission class I had with Chrysler acadamy showed this ...half of us were looking at each other like , the other half were talking like they had worked on those " back when"....good stuff none the less.

Peter Lombardo Posted December 24, 2011 Posted December 24, 2011 I think that guy is currently employed by the U.S. Congress as a spokesperson.
Rob Hall Posted December 24, 2011 Posted December 24, 2011 (edited) Funny....the CVT was supposed to be the be-all, end-all, it's found some use, but hasn't taken over. Automatics are up to 8 speeds now on some models, 9 speeds are coming...wonder when they will get bicycle-like #s of ratios...21 speed tranny, anyone? Nice to see a small number of makers still doing manuals, with Porsche advancing to 7 speeds now.. Edited December 24, 2011 by Rob Hall
Joe Handley Posted December 24, 2011 Posted December 24, 2011 Well, that explains those god aweful 4 speed transaxles they were making for.a while............
ffreak Posted December 24, 2011 Posted December 24, 2011 Isn't that the tranny they used in the Delorean ????? LOL..................
