I probably spent too much time plumbing and wiring the engine, especially with there being two distributors, but I still hope to complete tomorrow

Delighted to hear it, and WELCOME. Just a few more days. I gotta clean up the bench, finish the SNIPER by Friday, and get ready to start in on the Mini Cooper.

Cranky,

Have you stated yet?

Curious to do see what you with a mini cooper.

You guys must be so busy building you haven't got time to post any updates LOL

Added the thin white stripe decals this morning, now onto painting & building the chassis/interior.

Wow, there's enough energy going on with these builds to start NASA back up. Thank you for the inspiration. Keep the great progress coming. We still have until Monday which seems so far away. Stay tuned in for some of my progress.

Initially I was going to do the Mini Cooper and then the Shelby Cobra just sang to me. I've had this kit for a while and I've always wanted to build one, so here it goes.

This is the Revell Kit.

Got all the parts cleaned and smoothed, and the body sanded and ready for primer. The chassis on this kit is a real beauty and easy to put together.

I've fallen in love with this kit, how easy it all comes together, so I am sure i will be building a few more.

It's 1/24h, buddy. The Revell Shelby Cobra "Street Burner".

I LOVE it. It's so cool. You have to smooth out the body because it does have a couple of lines and seams here and there, but nothing big.

I've got the body painted and decals are next while the other parts in primer dry over night . . .
