This is right up my building alley so I think I'll join, I'm sure I can finish something by the end of the year. Got an unbuilt Johan snap 79 caddy, and a semi started 64 impala, doors are opened and sunroof cut in but gotta repair a few small breaks.

I was beginning to wonder where you were hiding out, Phil. Welcome and I can't wait to see what you will cook up.

To be honest I just saw it this morning, things have been crazy this year, I was trying to get the car ready for cruising this summer but some expensive repairs killed that plan till next summer so back to building

Thank you Virgil.... This is pretty much all I build bro.... I'll build an occasional slammed truck and I like hot rods and KUSTOMZ also.... I'm gonna build a box stock 86 El Camino soon though....

Thank you mark for showing the step by step for basic tape work. Now Luke, by any chance, do you have step by step pixs of your fabulous work? I especially in interested in how you do that over and under work.

Someone please show how this is done. TIA

Got the 70 finished up... I'm not too thrilled with the way the hood doesn't quite fit right.... Other than that, here's a teaser pic... I'll post the rest under glass...

Dont feel bad, I have built a few of these and the hood never fits right without a lot of tweaks
