Mine has remained unbuilt because I keep thinking it will always look toy-like. Thank you for the excellent example of why it should be back on my "to do" list.

The same thoughs i had, if i see those pics from my unbeloved snapkit in the shelf. Yours looking fantastic! Now you gave me impressions, what could be done with it. Thanks!

Thanks for the comments guys. The top and interior were sprayed with a couple of smooth coats of Duplicolor auto touchup lacquer, Chrysler Radiant Fire is the color. I used Krylon Crystal Clear in satin and flat to get the different sheens and textures on the red area's, The top was hit with a couple of wet mist coats of flat. The lower doorpanels and seatbacks got one wet mist of satin and I sprayed several coats of flat from about 2-3 feet to get a nice dry texture for the "fabric" area's on the seats. It's going back to my bench this weekend to get those headlight pegs painted and yes, I do like it better shiny :) Thanks again, over and out.

Very nice! Great finish, love the black and red. My former father in law had one like that years ago, but with a black roof. It was sharp! He kept it garaged and spotless. When he put it up for sale, it went in one day!
