DR JAY Posted May 5, 2012 Posted May 5, 2012 http://s1177.photobucket.com/albums/x357/drjay2/#!cpZZ1QQtppZZ24 Just so you guys can see that the new guy can actually finish one or two.
GeeBee Posted May 5, 2012 Posted May 5, 2012 That's two superb build's, cracking paintwork and detail, your BMF is faultless !
Roncla Posted May 5, 2012 Posted May 5, 2012 (edited) They are nice clean builds. Very impressive. Edited May 5, 2012 by Roncla
rustybill1960 Posted May 6, 2012 Posted May 6, 2012 Very well done! I like your color choice, rattle can? Are the headers from the kit on the ford? Thank You for sharing Later Russ
DR JAY Posted May 14, 2012 Author Posted May 14, 2012 Very well done! I like your color choice, rattle can? Are the headers from the kit on the ford? Thank You for sharing Later Russ The paint on pretty much every build I do is rattlecan...Not a fan of airbrush cleaning--I save that for the alclad and metallizers. The headers are from the Thunderbolt kit, but are modified a bit for clearance. The Dearborn Steel Tubing Falcons had an engine setback among many other mods I built into the car and once I modelled the setback detail the headers didn't quite clear the engine mounts and steering linkage. Very nice headers in the T-Bolt kit.
sjordan2 Posted May 14, 2012 Posted May 14, 2012 Beautiful job, Jay, and I agree that's expert BMF work. PS: I think the other forum members would agree that it's better not to have to go off-campus to see the images. All you have to do is to go to your album, place your cursor over an image, and click inside the "IMG code" field to copy the image, one image at a time. Then just paste your IMG codes on separate lines in your forum post. Before you post, you'll just see the code in your message. But images will show up when you click on Post.

Harry P. Posted May 14, 2012 Posted May 14, 2012 Is the model seen here built from the kit in the photo?
rmvw guy Posted May 14, 2012 Posted May 14, 2012 Nice job on both and great detail. The Merc looks smooth as silk.
Draggon Posted May 14, 2012 Posted May 14, 2012 Great work. That chop on the Merc is very good, I love it. And it is so refreshing to see the A/FX Falcon with wheels in the right place, like George said. Awesone work!
