Its a great looking build and your detail work is great as usual. Maybe I missed it but did you explain why you added the sheet metal to the lower rocker panels..........Does the body set too high?

John It's a terrific !!! Model, but like others have asked why the extentions on the bottom of the body, it sits too high nothing like the real car.The real car never ran those.

Another beautiful model, John. I really like your attention to detail. Of coarse, I'm biased. I love all '60's era drag cars.

Keep 'em coming! KB

John,

You like to soak up all the compliments but when asked by people who actually KNOW about cars and how they work, about the major flaws in your builds you ignore the questions??? Is the truth too hard for you to deal with? Many think you are such a great builder, clean yes, some aspects done nicely yes, but then more often than not you drop the ball with stuff so incorrect and wrong I have to wonder as to what is the point in going to the extreme just to mess things up with such obvious critical errors. A manual 4 speed transmission shifted with a B&M Pro Ratchet, really????? Sorry but I am not impressed in the least,

In My Opinion this build is amazing, doesn't matter if there's incorrect shifter or not. Only few people know how that kind of details were on Real Car, so I think it's not that important. And Did John say, that it's gonna be an exact copy? "I would like to make a nice replica of this F/C........". Of course if this would be an exact replica, then I would understand, but now I really don't get it, why it is so important?

I appreciate your notes, Alan. They are great and very helpful too. In My Torino build, that carburetor information was very informative, and helpful. But I was not building replica of any car, and it was General information. BUT I don't think that the shifter in this car is not "such obvious critical error".

Sorry,

Hi Niko, it is when the car should have a TH400, Torqueflite or Clutchflite automatic and NOT a 4 speed manual !! So yes, it IS a critical error. Is a builder that lazy to make such an error, or it is a matter of not knowing your subject matter? Sorry but when I see stuff like this or, a bunch of plumbing and wiring that goes to places that is definately should NOT go, or wrong engine/parts application it just does not cut it with me ...........

CAN'T WAIT TO SEE MORE SINCE EVERYTHING YOU BUILD IS FABULOUS.ALSO,ARE THERE ANY MORE BIKES IN FUTURE PLANS?KEEP UP THE FABULOUS WORK.
