Ira Posted September 30, 2012 Author Posted September 30, 2012 PORSCHE 911 INTERIOR!!! I found most of the Interior Parts in the 911 kit. The Seats, Console, Shifter and hand brake are from the 911. The driver figure is from the parts box and the head is from a Deals Wheels Kit... I decided to use one Seat and it was a little too high. I ground off the base and it sets at the right height now. Nice Seats! Too bad, I might have to cut off the head rest the clear the drivers BiG Head!
Ira Posted September 30, 2012 Author Posted September 30, 2012 Look sick! Watching this one. Thanks Jon!
Ira Posted September 30, 2012 Author Posted September 30, 2012 FITTIN' IT ALL IN... I cut the drivers legs and removed a little plastic, so I could bend them into better positions. The right leg is forward for the gas and the left will be back a bit. Here is the basic set up for the Interior. I like the little 911 Console, it looks like it was made for the car.
mredzadventure Posted September 30, 2012 Posted September 30, 2012 This is why I get nothing done. Maybe you should change your screen name to The Plastic Surgeon What a cool build I love the Driver

Ira Posted September 30, 2012 Author Posted September 30, 2012 WILL HE FIT? Most of the body work is done and the body is primed. The basic chassis is set up and the interior is mocked-up. Let's see if his BiG head fits in the car... YEP!!! He fits in there just right!

Ira Posted October 7, 2012 Author Posted October 7, 2012 COOL WILLY IS BACK!!! I made a figure just like this one for my "Willy's Deal" model. I needed to add a little width to the body, so I cut pieces of plastic and glued them on the sides as shown. I added putty and sanded the shoulders smooth. The arms were then glued in position. I cut the shoes from another figure and glued them in place. I also carved the Seat and Driver to fit as far back as possible. Working on fitting Cool Willy's Head now...
Ira Posted October 22, 2012 Author Posted October 22, 2012 WE GOT WHEELS!!! I cut plastic tubing for the axles. Both axles were glued to the bottom of the chassis. Here are the BiG Wheels & Tires mounted in the axles... Rear View...
