Doctordarryl Posted August 17, 2012 Posted August 17, 2012 Ever since the Revell '32 Ford roadster came out I wanted to build a full fendered version. The fenders from the coupe fit with no problems. I used a '55 Cadillac air cleaner (from Scale Auto Details). The model was airbrushed with Tamiya Maroon. The up top was from a Monogram '32 Ford roadster (which was suppoed to be 1/24th scale).
Sixties Sam Posted August 17, 2012 Posted August 17, 2012 A beauty! Great finish, and very classy looking! Sam
crazyjim Posted August 17, 2012 Posted August 17, 2012 Very nice. Why don't you post more than 1 pic?
Ace-Garageguy Posted August 18, 2012 Posted August 18, 2012 Very nice. Good to see a full-fendered '32 with an up-top. Great job making all those parts work together.

slusher Posted August 18, 2012 Posted August 18, 2012 Very sharp build, great color and wheels also..
Bartster Posted August 19, 2012 Posted August 19, 2012 l'm loving your builds. That top seems to fit great to me. You gotta start showing us more detail pics.........please! Bart.
Doctordarryl Posted August 19, 2012 Author Posted August 19, 2012 I finally figured out the problem I was having with the site photo uploaders. I can not upload images that are greater than 1MB in size even though the instructions claim files up to 10MB in size can be uploaded. No problem - an easy fix. Just use photoshop to reduce resolution so that the final JPG is less than 1MB in size. The tires were rat-rod tires and the wheels were from the Revell '32 Ford roadster kit with painted centers.
