Jon Cole Posted August 30, 2012 Posted August 30, 2012 Wow! I'm thinking possible "Best Paint" award at a model contest! The orange on the T-Bird, light reflection perhaps? Reflection on chrome.
Agent G Posted August 30, 2012 Posted August 30, 2012 Uh wait a minute, maybe it's the VW, but......the TBird's a model? Whooooooaaaaaaa G
Burnout Posted August 30, 2012 Posted August 30, 2012 Both are beautiful models! I love the VW paint scheme.
jcbigpaw Posted August 30, 2012 Posted August 30, 2012 Wow that paints so loud I can't hear the bug. Lol. Seriously, nice work and definitely different.
Eero Posted August 30, 2012 Author Posted August 30, 2012 Eero, can you explain the orange at the leading edge of the vent windows? Thank you for asking! I thouhgt I had a topic about this model too, but I can't find it anymore... I created a new topic for this model, there is also explanation about those orange little things

W-Machine Posted September 11, 2012 Posted September 11, 2012 Groovy psychedelic paint work, I like this.
surfjunke Posted September 11, 2012 Posted September 11, 2012 That is one awesome bug! Beautiful paint & those hand painted graphics are amazing! Love everything you did on it. Who in japan made those cool wheels, I would love a set?
Bernard Kron Posted September 11, 2012 Posted September 11, 2012 Really exceptional. The graphics remind me of Bob Clampett's wildly surreallistic backgrounds in the Go Man Van Gogh episodes of Beany and Cecil.

krazyglu Posted September 11, 2012 Posted September 11, 2012 I don't mind that the only time you chat is when your showing us your work I love the paint and as a artist I can't get over how good of a job you did at such a small scale. The car has a really nice stance and you just simply can't go wrong with the wheel choice, I think both of those factors make it a more realistic build.

peekay Posted September 12, 2012 Posted September 12, 2012 I once went for a walk in a forest that looked like that. It was around 1968....
