It's the Italeri kit, mostly box stock with automotive basecoat / clearcoat paint and homemade decals.

VERY nice indeed! I've got this kit on my 'gotta-build' pile. Like you, I'm not as knowledgable about heavy trucks and tractors as I'd like to be, but they're still quite a lot of fun to model.
