RandyB. Posted November 10, 2012 Posted November 10, 2012 (edited) This was another one of my almost completed builds when I lost interest and put it back on the shelf until last week when I decided to get it finished. This was one of Revell finer kits they have produced being more accurate to the 1:1 car and very nice fitting parts which translates into less cussing while building . Painted in MCW factory colour "Bright Blue Metallic" with a coat of the "wet look" gloss coat. Thanks for checking her out and all comments are welcomed good or bad. realgone58 Posted November 10, 2012 Posted November 10, 2012 Man, that came out perfect! Love the redlines! Nice tidy engine bay too!
slusher Posted November 10, 2012 Posted November 10, 2012 Beautiful color, nice touch on the white interior. Randy all your build are show quality....
Sixties Sam Posted November 10, 2012 Posted November 10, 2012 That's really nice! I like the 1st generation Chargers, and this one is a beauty! Great color, and engine detail! Sam
Daf57 Posted November 10, 2012 Posted November 10, 2012 Nicely done! Saw one of the new Chargers the other day, man, they've come a long way since '67.
RandyB. Posted November 10, 2012 Author Posted November 10, 2012 Thanks guys! I prefer the '68, '69 and '70 Chargers but it doesn't seem right not having a '67 in the mix. Sure wished I still had my '70 Charger though!
RandyB. Posted November 12, 2012 Author Posted November 12, 2012 Thanks Lee and Greg for the fine comments on this build...really appreciate it.
kilrathy10 Posted November 12, 2012 Posted November 12, 2012 She's a beauty, Man...Looks real nice...Real nice...
fury3 Posted November 13, 2012 Posted November 13, 2012 (edited) Beautiful build (which I've come to expect from you, my friend LOL). You are right about the quality of this kit. IMHO, it is one of Revell's best. They got it all right with this one. The details are correct, everything fits properly, the tooling/molds are clean and crisp. It's actually my favorite kit (not car though, but I DO appreciate the 1st generation Charger's). Take a well deserved "bow", Randy! Fury3 Edited November 13, 2012 by fury3
