Over the weekend I finally picked up a new Dremel. (cordless)

It has low enough speeds to work well on Plastic.

And found some PE blades for it ;)

BTW: I trimmed off the edge of the Dremel to use my Keyless chuck but it was too worn out.

Bought new chuck, it's smaller, Didn't have to trim Dremel. Whoops.

And today I picked up the Revell Uptown Magnum R/T.

Well, Friday at Hobby Town I got a 100 count box of #11 blades. Tenax some photoetched interior junk and street rod interior details. Saturday at Rider's, I got a new drill index, a sheet of BMF (look ma, no wrinkles or tears!), some aluminum tubing and an HO scale '59 Ford.

Well I just happen to be reading the funnys in my local news paper and spotted the thriftie section.

Don't know what to do with them all but a good deal is a good deal.

I might keep one or two.

Now I just have to let them air out in the garage, Smoke clings to everything!!

I didn't know the 66 Olds 442 came as a Convertible.

Well, yesterday I got in the mail a cool restorable Johan '60 Dodge Phoenix ht I picked up from someone on a model mailing list. Also got in the mail from my favorite kit vendor another Revell '69 Nova and a Revell '02 Camaro and '98 Firebird T/A for parts (want to use the engines, seats, etc in some pro-touring style builds)>

Well digging through boxes looking for parts to gather up and make a parts box I found a 71 Dodge Charger it's an "AMT" kitand has the R/t decals...

All complete everything still on the plastic punch outs the only thing is the body was spray painted green along with the hood (I'm going to strip it)

My two favorite magazines. One that may be published twelve months a year but will still be three months behind.

I blew the model budget! 68 and 69 Chargers from Revell. Lots of goodies in the 68 Charger. 3 sets of wheels, 2 engines, lots of great stuff. I can't believe the 69 charger builds only stock. Mine won't be!
