Here's my first completed build of 2013: an AMT Vantasy using kit custom parts and handpainted graphics. The graphics are inspired by Vincent Van Gogh and Robert Crumb's Keep On Truckin'. Hope you enjoy, comments welcome.

Bill, this is, without a doubt, my favorite Van ever built, awesome work on replicating Van Gogh's paintings, and the Van Gogh flames are perfect! The kicker is 'ol Vinne himself on the back, I want one like this to drive around!

Just imagine if Vincent Van Gogh had been alive during the van/CB radio craze of the '70s. I wonder what he'd say if someone asked him if he had his ears on :blink:

Here are a couple other artist/"van" ideas:

Nissan Cube - Picasso version (cubism :P )

Claude Monet's Brinks truck - I got my mind on my Monet and my Monet on my mind. :unsure:

But seriously, anyone who can duplicate Starry Night that nicely on the side of a model is doing something right. Loved the depiction on the back doors, too!
