Ron35369 Posted February 17, 2013 Posted February 17, 2013 Here's the finished photos of my Dodge Coronet Super Bee with 440 / 6-pack. I painted it in factory Plum Crazy with black n white interior.
Tonioseven Posted February 17, 2013 Posted February 17, 2013 Beautiful work!! If I were to build another one, I'd hope it would turn out just like this!!
my name is nobody Posted February 17, 2013 Posted February 17, 2013 very nice build. I'm partial to '70 Dodge Super Bee's. they look great in this plum crazy/white color scheme.
oldscool Posted February 17, 2013 Posted February 17, 2013 Outstanding! One of the best renditions of this kit I have ever seen.
Mike 1017 Posted February 17, 2013 Posted February 17, 2013 The BEST Mopar color combo ever.Great looking car
TFchronos Posted February 17, 2013 Posted February 17, 2013 Very beautiful build, is this the mpc or amt kit? My brother and I tag teamed and built a mpc kit for a freind same color combo and everything this looks just like it.
geetee66 Posted February 17, 2013 Posted February 17, 2013 Really nice, Ron I love these cars the colour choice and finish are spot-on!
Ron35369 Posted February 17, 2013 Author Posted February 17, 2013 Thank you for all the nice comments! I agree that this is just about the pretttiest color combo that was ever put on a car. Mopar got it right! Jonathan, you are correct, this is the new MPC kit that is on the market now. Extremely detailed kit that went together very nice. My only gripe would be that there is really not much to attach the chassis to, especially in the rear...it just sort of sits where it will sit in the body. I would have liked some sort of attachment point back there.
106miles Posted February 17, 2013 Posted February 17, 2013 wow, inspiring! Nice foil work. Great looking Super Bee.
TooOld Posted February 18, 2013 Posted February 18, 2013 Good looking Super Bee ! I like the purple and white . Great looking paint and detailing .
