76 Caddy Mirage: Not A Flowercar

This my 3rd build from NNL East, a week and a half ago. Another Modelhaus, excellent casting of a very unusual and rare car. There were about 200 of these built between 75 & 76 and it is a real Comboy Cadillac. I painted this Dupli-color GM Gunmetal Gray with Burgandy top and interior. Every part of this kit is beautiful and well engineered right down to the great Caddy style white walls.
Hope you enjoy this one, it was a fun build for me.

Al, if you were looking for "different", I'd say you found it. Your Caddy flower car looks real cool. I like this on a lot.

Sharp build. I saw one of these in person (yellow and tan) in Florida back in the '80s. IIRC, there was a car magazine ad in the late '70s for a CB radio that had a yellow one w/ a hay bale in the bed.

I'm thinking of doing my CdV in a dark brown w/ tan top and tan interior..very '70s color scheme. Though I like maroon w/ a white top also.

I think the Coupe Deville has a sunroof. I google this Caddy and when to images. There a lot of good reference photo's and a couple of Modelhaus's kit in dark blue. Thank you for the Bravo.
