hooterville75 Posted May 8, 2013 Posted May 8, 2013 I was asked if turning 40 feels as bad as a lot of people say it does ? Well I really can't answer that because technically I'm not 40 for another six hours bawahahahaha. Feeling down so I just had to spit that out there to create some humor ha ha.
pharoah Posted May 8, 2013 Posted May 8, 2013 (Nelson Muntz laugh) Ha Ha! You're old! I'd like to be 40...again Happy B day!
Drake69 Posted May 8, 2013 Posted May 8, 2013 Now the body aches and pains really kick in. And you'll start losing your "fine tune" vision. And your hearing will start to dim. Happy birthday!
ScaleDale Posted May 8, 2013 Posted May 8, 2013 I can't believe I'm 25 years older than this dude... Happy BD. Dale

crazyjim Posted May 8, 2013 Posted May 8, 2013 40?? You're a mere puppy. When you hit 65, it's really scary. Enjoy life and Happy Birthday.
gluebomb Posted May 8, 2013 Posted May 8, 2013 Don't feel bad, I don't know what I am going to on my birthday, I turn 30.
uncle potts Posted May 9, 2013 Posted May 9, 2013 Wait till you hit 50. That's when the aches and pains start.
W-Machine Posted May 9, 2013 Posted May 9, 2013 I've heard it said that forty is the "new" thirty, and thirty is the "new" twenty. That means that it's OK for you to start dating twenty-year-olds. I pitched that idea to my wife, but she didn't seem too enthusiastic about it for some reason.
Rob Hall Posted May 9, 2013 Posted May 9, 2013 Heading toward 43 now. Some things I've noticed about being past 40 than when I was before 40 is I now have to take off my glasses and squint to read my cell phone...maybe need reading glasses. I also got my first Cadillac when I was 41... I don't seem to be able to drink as much as I did in my mid 30s, which is probably a good thing. I find I need stronger sleeping pills now, harder to sleep. I find myself craving afternoon naps. I still remember being a teenager in the Big 80s, doesn't seem that long ago, but it's been 25 years now since high school..hard to believe.
ToyLvr Posted May 10, 2013 Posted May 10, 2013 Jeez, I've got socks & underwear (and models) older than you! You're still a kid....
Rob Hall Posted May 10, 2013 Posted May 10, 2013 Jeez, I've got socks & underwear (and models) older than you! Ewww...TMI. I replace socks & underwear pretty much every year..
