Those aftermarket wheels & tyres are from Aoshima. I believe they are called " the kei parts " wheels & tyres. Hubcaps are from Hasegawa ´67 VW Bus.

Rod started with 1/32 bug body that I shortened and chopped to make it 1/24 kids rod.

Rest of the rod is combination of scratchbuilding and treasures from my parts box.

Yoy quessed it right on. It is a swamp cooler, cool air delivery unit from fifties. Resin piece made by Modelhaus.
