Hi folks, this is model no.6 for me so far this year, my 1987 Buick GNX.

This is the old Monogram High Performance Series kit hat I have had for a number of years and as this is a particular favourite of mine, I decided that now was the time to build it.

Painted in Tamiya Black, this model was more or less built box stock with the addition of some tyre valves and some parts box license plates as the original decals were shot; the only ones salvageable being the GNX rear decal, the seat decals and the BUICK script for under the hood.

Please feel free to comment on this one and thanks for looking.DSC_0214_zpsca5cbba6.jpg

Very nicely done! I especially like the under hood detail and the paint.

I agree this one is super clean and very well detailed. Great car and you built it up nice!

Very nice! I built the same model about 1000 years ago (actually 30 more or less)! Those were pretty good kits in the day, along with the Monte Carlo SS. I like it!

Very nice. The 1:1s were sinister back in the day, yours captures the look.
