Thanks guys, i feel a little bit better about it. Ill be giving it to my dad in 2 weeks at my sons 2nd birthday party along with the 1970 Superbird i'm working on in the same color. He knows about the Superbird but not this one.

The black panel lines are too dark already... do not add more.

Aside from that, what's not to like? It's beautiful!

I like it. The color is right on. The important thing when you build is model is to gauge how much fun you've had building it. In the end, that's really all that matters. I think. That's just my opinion. I think your dad will love it.

And I agree with Harry . . . the panel lines are at the edge of being too severe already. Any more would tip to the cartoonish side.
