Ace-Garageguy Posted October 31, 2013 Posted October 31, 2013 Only one I know of for sure is the Fiero.

disabled modeler Posted October 31, 2013 Posted October 31, 2013 Don't think so Mark. Oh...I am thinking of the Mild and Wild series kits.
Pro Wrench Posted October 31, 2013 Posted October 31, 2013 Wasn't there a Ford Courier and/or a Chevy Luv also?
hotrod59f100 Posted October 31, 2013 Author Posted October 31, 2013 I have the cavalier fiero and celica supra . So far. What's the mild and wild series?
disabled modeler Posted October 31, 2013 Posted October 31, 2013 The Mild and Wild series kit were just that..could be built factory stock or a crazy cartoonish car with oversized spoilers,etc....MPC made them in the 70s.
Dave Van Posted October 31, 2013 Posted October 31, 2013 (edited) Fiero Mustang II Monza Toyota Cavalier Datsun P/U Late 70's Camaro.....forget which one....was milded in blue Those are the ones I have..... Edited October 31, 2013 by Dave Van

Tom Geiger Posted October 31, 2013 Posted October 31, 2013 And then there's this one! Can anyone ID the flares on this poor ole '57?
Muncie Posted November 1, 2013 Posted November 1, 2013 Some of the MPC Chevettes had a set of IMSA flares...
MAGNUM4342 Posted November 1, 2013 Posted November 1, 2013 (edited) 1975 and 6 Plymouth Roadrunners. Edited November 1, 2013 by MAGNUM4342
hotrod59f100 Posted November 1, 2013 Author Posted November 1, 2013 They got quite a few variations . Erik I just seen that on the bay along with a bunch of others . Steve I want one of those chevettes bad. I have a thing for those lill ugly cars.
Fabrux Posted November 1, 2013 Posted November 1, 2013 I seem to remember one of the Omni/Charger kits having the flares, too...
Erik Smith Posted November 1, 2013 Posted November 1, 2013 (edited) I don't know if you're just looking for the wide body cars from any maker or just the MPC kits, but Revell has a few as well. They have a Monza Super Spryder, Monza "Street Machine", Camaro, and, as I mentioned earlier, a Pontiac Sunbird. There are others... I seem to remember one of the Omni/Charger kits having the flares, too... They had a number of the Omni kits with flares - no real "wide body" stuff though - one had a really big ugly nose spoiler... berr13 Posted November 1, 2013 Posted November 1, 2013 And then there's this one! Can anyone ID the flares on this poor ole '57? Those look kinda like the MPC Monza flares to me.
george 53 Posted November 2, 2013 Posted November 2, 2013 They look like the flares from Farrah's Foxy Vette.
hotrod59f100 Posted November 2, 2013 Author Posted November 2, 2013 Wow now I'll have to dig deep to start my collection.
Tom Geiger Posted November 2, 2013 Posted November 2, 2013 Thanks Monte and George - I'll have to scare up a copy of that Corvette... or does anyone have that kit and can spare the flares? I can trade gold and silver for them I know that they aren't the flares in the Monza, because someone had previously suggested that and I have the Monza kit to compare. Yes, I am trying to restore that one. There's just something really different about those flares on a '57
