crazyjim Posted November 7, 2013 Posted November 7, 2013 I got this puppy when I bought a collection recently. It was a bit of a gluebomb that was stripped and re-painted with HOK black sparkle pearl. I think it looks pretty sinister in all black.
TFchronos Posted November 7, 2013 Posted November 7, 2013 That is one mean looking Plymouth, I really like it.
Joker Posted November 7, 2013 Posted November 7, 2013 Caped Crusaders weekend racer .... Nice save Jim.
crazyjim Posted November 7, 2013 Author Posted November 7, 2013 Thanks guys. Those huge rear tires help with the nasty look.
satterwhite78 Posted November 7, 2013 Posted November 7, 2013 Great build .......It definitely cranks up and rumbles Attitude. Feel sorry for the road crew that has to repair the road after those rear tires hook up!
Ramfins59 Posted November 7, 2013 Posted November 7, 2013 That looks pretty cool Jim. and VERY sinister looking. Not to bust your shoes,,, but... did those hairs grow on the radiator..??
crazyjim Posted November 7, 2013 Author Posted November 7, 2013 Thanks Rich. Hey - I told you it was a glue bomb.
realgone58 Posted November 7, 2013 Posted November 7, 2013 Came out pretty cool, Jim. Bodywork looks great on the sides. What happened to the vent window posts? Pro-street chassis fit nicely under it, those steam rollers look wild back there!
slusher Posted November 8, 2013 Posted November 8, 2013 It does look sinister, great looking build and use of a glue bomb. Killer
PappyD340 Posted November 8, 2013 Posted November 8, 2013 Yikes, it's ALIVE Now Jim the hair thing is a bit too realistic, just messing with ya, I think it looks great, does have the sinister look going on for sure, good job!!
crazyjim Posted November 8, 2013 Author Posted November 8, 2013 Thank you all. One of the vent windows was broken off, so I removed the other one.
Skydime Posted November 9, 2013 Posted November 9, 2013 (edited) Woah! Jim, this thing looks so mean it would make Christine's radiator leak out of fear. And I can't help but think of a much cooler version of the original Batmobile when I see those black rear fins. Edited November 9, 2013 by Skydime
disabled modeler Posted November 9, 2013 Posted November 9, 2013 Nice!... of course me being a wagon nut Id rather have the wagon...LOL..
ChevyCoupe41 Posted November 11, 2013 Posted November 11, 2013 Very Cool Plymouth! It's nice to see these big mopars with big engine and huge rear tires. Nice Job!
Chuck Most Posted November 11, 2013 Posted November 11, 2013 Love this! I've always wanted to build a 1:1 '60 Plymouth, but use the front end from a '61.
