Lovefordgalaxie Posted February 7, 2014 Posted February 7, 2014 (edited) Just finished this Ford a few minutes ago. Started her on last Saturday, and the build took me five and a half days as it's barely noon here now. The paint is Ford color Coral Sand mixed in Nitrocellulose Lacquer "Duco" paint following the original 1957 formula. Like one had to pay 65,50 (acording to the price book a dealer here in Brazil had) to get this color (extra cost option) I also added two other extra cost options that are the body color wheels and wide white wall tires. If the body colored wheels option was not asked for, the wheels would be just painted black or silver, depending on the plant where the car was built. Thanks for looking, and I hope you like my '57 Custom!!! 1957 Ford Custom Tudor by Lovefordgalaxie, on Flickr 1957 Ford Custom Tudor by Lovefordgalaxie, on Flickr 1957 Ford Custom Tudor by Lovefordgalaxie, on Flickr 1957 Ford Custom Tudor by Lovefordgalaxie, on Flickr 1957 Ford Custom Tudor by Lovefordgalaxie, on Flickr 1957 Ford Custom Tudor by Lovefordgalaxie, on Flickr 1957 Ford Custom Tudor by Lovefordgalaxie, on Flickr 1957 Ford Custom Tudor by Lovefordgalaxie, on Flickr 1957 Ford Custom Tudor by Lovefordgalaxie, on Flickr Edited March 5, 2014 by Lovefordgalaxie

yura1961 Posted February 7, 2014 Posted February 7, 2014 Very cool, great job! How do you build so fast?I build 2-3 months.
1930fordpickup Posted February 7, 2014 Posted February 7, 2014 Never get tired of seeing your great work. Another great looking Ford.
Jairus Posted February 7, 2014 Posted February 7, 2014 That is a VERY, very nice build. Super clean and after studying all the photos I find only one tiny critique. And that is the wiper placement. They actually are designed to park themselves against the trim so they will be totally out of the way. Nearly hidden actually.
the goon Posted February 7, 2014 Posted February 7, 2014 Never get tired of seeing your great work. Another great looking Ford. +1 Mark
bbowser Posted February 7, 2014 Posted February 7, 2014 Awesome model, great work. I really admire your skill with foil.
