Ira
CHERRY BOMB BUBBLE! I found that the Cherry Bomb Bubble Top would be a pretty good fit on the Fire Frog, after a little cutting and fitting. Fortunately I found couple extras in the parts box. Here is the Top in place. I used thin masking tape to mark where I wanted to cut the Bubble Top off. I cut the Top with a Cut-Off Wheel in the Dremel Tool. I tend to cut things a little over size to help cover for mistakes. More Coming...
Ira
WORKING THE BUBBLE! Here is the Top in place after a little Sanding with Foam Sanding Boards. I trimmed the front edge of the Cockpit off round to match the Bubble Top. Then I sanded the back an side edges flat. Here is the fit at this point. More Filling and Fitting is necessary, but it's almost a Perfect Fit. More Coming...

Ira
NICE & TIGHT! I needed to add a little wedge shape of plastic on each side to fill the big gaps. That made a big difference. A little more sanding and fitting and I have a Real Nice fit on the Bubble. I will be adding a little putty later to fill and little gaps I missed. More Coming... Ira
THE FROG'S UNDERBELLY! I am going to get the Underside ready for a Belly Pan. I'll be using Plastic Strips and Sheet Plastic to finish the bottom. First I cut 2 strips to fit and glued them the sides as shown. Then I used a Foam Sanding Board to even them out. Then I added 2 more strips to the front as shown. More Coming...

Psychographic
OK Ira, less replying and more building! The suspense of what this will look like with the suspension hanging off it with some wheels and tires on it is killing me. It's coming along nicely brother. Ira
AXLE SLOT! I started filling in the Rear Axle Indentation. I cut a long thin plastic strip to fit and then glued it in the inside of the rear pan as shown. I also added the 2 small strips on the sides. Next I cut out the plastic section for the base of the Axle Slot. I just fit in place I didn't glue it in yet. I'll probably glue it after the engine is in place. Next I added the 2 thin strips on the ends of the Axle Slot. More Coming...
