Hi guys,

Back with a new built, completely different from my last ones as I am in a 70ies period. But this time I wanted to build something "simple", from the box. So I start with the last issue of the AMT 36 Ford, which includes the chopped roof. Everything is from the box except the resin bumpers and the tires from Modelhaus.

It is painted with spray cans and polished to a nice shine.

Engine is the kit's Flathead, with some resin accessories from RMCM, I drop the rear axle also, and the headlights, for a smoother look.

I wanted to capture that 40'ies look I appreciate on those cars. A 3 days built just for fun ;)

Hope you'll like it

The '36 Ford 3-window is one of my favorite designs, and a mild chop with tasteful customizing makes it even better. The ribbed bumpers, chrome-reverse rims, wide whites and even your little chrome accent at the bottom of the rear fenders all work very nicely on this car.

I like the look that you accomplished. Has a built from the box in the 60's look to it.

Beautiful black paint and has the RIGHT look. I really like the wheels, gives it that period look form the '50s. I also love the engine, great job, you won my heart.

Wow! Nice! I noticed the black wash on the chrome reverse... really makes them "pop"!
