yura1961 Posted April 11, 2014 Posted April 11, 2014 Hallo All! I would like to show you my old job '72 Olds Cutlass(Revell) Thanks for looking.
charlie8575 Posted April 11, 2014 Posted April 11, 2014 Sits a bit low to my eye, but the build quality otherwise is outstanding, as it always is with your builds. Very nice photography, too. Charlie Larkin
gluebomb Posted April 11, 2014 Posted April 11, 2014 BLAH_BLAH_BLAH_BLAH! That is absolutely beautiful.
peekay Posted April 11, 2014 Posted April 11, 2014 Like the others said - absolutely beautiful! And fantastic photography too.
TooOld Posted April 11, 2014 Posted April 11, 2014 Oh my goodness . . . that looks real ! Beautiful work ! And thanks for the last few photos , I was beginning to think the first ones were PS'ed ( nothing wrong with that as they are great photos ) . Again , very nice looking build Yuri !
Guest Posted April 11, 2014 Posted April 11, 2014 I need proof this is a model! If not for the last couple of pics, I would swear it is a real car!
fitforbattle Posted April 11, 2014 Posted April 11, 2014 You have made me, a Olds Cutlass-"hater", see the beauty in the car. That takes much my friend. It's... beautiful. Simply amazing. Wow.
northendmetalallstar Posted April 11, 2014 Posted April 11, 2014 Makes me wanna smash every model I've ever built. Kidding! Seriously, that is a spectacular model car. You have some incredible skills there Yuri... Possibly the best I've ever seen.
crazyjim Posted April 11, 2014 Posted April 11, 2014 I thought for sure you were trying to pass off a 1:1 as a model. Gorgeous build.
MrObsessive Posted April 11, 2014 Posted April 11, 2014 One of the nicest '72 Olds I've seen on this forum! Your photography is top notch as well Yuri!
Dragline Posted April 11, 2014 Posted April 11, 2014 Geez............. I guess I'll leave mine in the box. Gorgeous. Bob
twopaws Posted April 11, 2014 Posted April 11, 2014 Don't know which took my breathe first, the quality of the build or the photos. One of the best I've ever seen posted, you should be proud.
mikemodeler Posted April 12, 2014 Posted April 12, 2014 Can't say much more than what has already been said, it is very nice! Still amazes me how modelers from other continents can build replicas of American Muscle Cars so well considering they did not grow up with them like many of us. Growing up we had a neighbor that had that same car, minus the stripes & spoiler, and he kept it immaculate. Used to take some of us to the local Dog & Suds drive in for ice cream in the summer.
Belugawrx Posted April 12, 2014 Posted April 12, 2014 Great car awesome pics What are your settings at?
hgbben Posted April 12, 2014 Posted April 12, 2014 At first glance i thought the pics came right out of a scanned 1972 Olds brochure. Fantastic work Yuri
