Finally got this one done chaps, old MPC kit from '82 purchased from my LHS.

Had to do a bit of work to get this one up to speed, the box art suggested the '80s look, but I decided to be a little different..... :D

Kit has an optional 6 cylinder which is well detailed, but I settled for the V8.

Mt colour gloss Black polished with Tamiya finishing compounds, interior has a few Humbrol red accents.

Pegasus centrelines used, most of the kits chrome was not good...

Good fun in the end, simple kit B)

Cheers

Ray.

Beautiful. Don't care for the wheels, but the balance is awesome.

Very nice build. I am curious why the back seat has seat belts but the front seats don't? I guess the driver and the guy riding shotgun are expendable.

Thanks Bob, they do actually, but moulded on the side of the seat and not as well detailed as the rear!

Real nice job! Black is so difficult to pull off, you did great.

Agree Bruce, black is a real pain in the backside to get right  !
