Bright enough color  This is the Modelhaus Cadillac Coupe DeVille I picked up at this years NNL East and the third in a series of 4 kits I bought this year. I painted this one Dupli-color Lip Stick Red Met. with 3 Testors Wet Look Clear top coat. The top and interior was done with Tamiya Primer White and Rustoleum Merlot for the dash and carpet. The windows were tinted with Tamiya's Clear Blue.

I loved building this one. Let me know how it came out.

Thanks

Al

Sharp build..I like the color choices. I have one of these on order, w/ the wire wheels. Want to get their '61 and the '69 that recently came out from another resin caster..

Rob,

I built the 69 last week made by MAD. Excellent kit, you just need to supply tires and wheel back. 99% flash free..

Wow! That's a super sharp lookin' Caddy!

That brings back some memories as I was in high school back when those were new. My Mom was seeing a fellow in '76 that had a '74 Coupe De Ville.............and no it wouldn't fit in the garage. ;) 1976 would have been the last year for certain traditional styling cues. Come '77, gone were fender skirts, four door hardtops (along with the rest of GM), and 500 cubic inch engines.

Those were the days!
