cruz Posted June 4, 2014 Posted June 4, 2014 Don't remember the color but I do know it's Dupli-Color with Odds and Ends clear from WalMart. Tires are resin redlines from Replicas and Miniatures Co. Of Maryland. Basically out of box with a little plumbing and wiring on the engine. Also used a Model Car Garage '66 GTO P/E Detail Set.
edward smith Posted June 4, 2014 Posted June 4, 2014 Oh man, that side picture looks absolutely real. This is absolutely gorgeous. Any pictures of the engine?
TFchronos Posted June 4, 2014 Posted June 4, 2014 My favorite year of the GTO, amazing and gorgeous car!
High octane Posted June 4, 2014 Posted June 4, 2014 VERY nice job on that "Goat" Marcos and it looks great in blue. A good friend of mine owns a 1:1 '66 GTO in a Barrier Blue color and has had the car for years.
GMCMAN52 Posted June 4, 2014 Posted June 4, 2014 there's just something about a blue GTO that gets me...nice job
charlie8575 Posted June 4, 2014 Posted June 4, 2014 Whatever that color is, it does look very much like Barrier Blue. Nice job, Marcos. Charlie Larkin
hedotwo Posted June 4, 2014 Posted June 4, 2014 67' Goats had such great body lines. I agree that the side view is killer!
Silver Foxx Posted June 5, 2014 Posted June 5, 2014 Another magic build , your work is so clean , so neat , you are a top class modeller .
Harry P. Posted June 5, 2014 Posted June 5, 2014 Another magic build , your work is so clean , so neat , you are a top class modeller . Couldn't have said it better myself.
Jeff B Posted June 7, 2014 Posted June 7, 2014 To repeat what others have said, that color was made for that car, great build. Just added that kit to my list.
