mangodart Posted July 25, 2014 Posted July 25, 2014 Hi guys, Here is my latest build, a 59 Chevy Impala Htop. It's the same as the one reissued this year, but mine is the original Monogram from 96 !!!! I don't know why I wait sooo long before building one, this kit is absolutly gorgeous, Very detailed, only thing I've add are the steel wheels with Modelhaus Dogdish, and Whitewall from new AMT package !! Here are the pics : Interior first : And now the finished kit : Hope you'll enjoy it
om617 Posted July 25, 2014 Posted July 25, 2014 Wow it`s pretty. Great work on the interior. Is it facotry color?
TooOld Posted July 25, 2014 Posted July 25, 2014 Beautiful work ! Love the interior and the color , also the Dog Dish hub caps are perfect !
1930fordpickup Posted July 25, 2014 Posted July 25, 2014 Very good looking model of the best looking Chevy ever made.
smellyfatdude Posted July 25, 2014 Posted July 25, 2014 You must have been saving it, so you could make it look stunning!
Lunajammer Posted July 25, 2014 Posted July 25, 2014 This is about as nice as I've seen. Your wheel choice is excellent and makes it stand out from the rest. I love it.
johnbuzzed Posted July 25, 2014 Posted July 25, 2014 Really, really nice and that interior... holy cow!!! I would definitely be happy to have that on my shelf.
Prince Ital Mike Posted July 25, 2014 Posted July 25, 2014 Beautiful Impala, and I like the pictures with the palm trees!!!
DynoMight Posted July 25, 2014 Posted July 25, 2014 Very, very nice. I think my dad has the same kit. Still hasn't built it though...
Scalper Posted July 25, 2014 Posted July 25, 2014 nice job.. the bmf on the seats looks so good that I dont want to sit on them on a hot day
Foxer Posted July 25, 2014 Posted July 25, 2014 All of this has been done magnificent ... from the interior (and all that bmf chrome) to the right-on exterior colors (and all that bmf chrome!)! Mine is still waiting from 1996 because my BMFing isn't what it used to be. I'll get tough and get it because it's the '59 I had.
mangodart Posted July 26, 2014 Author Posted July 26, 2014 Thanks for all the nice comments, that was really a nice kit to build
