jaftygas Posted January 6, 2015 Posted January 6, 2015 (edited) Heart of Gold is my favorite Neil Young song, and actually one of my all-time favorite songs by anyone. I can even deal with his whiny nasaly voice on that song, it's just that good! And it also supports my long-held belief that every song that features a harmonica is a good song... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fQfUz6lP2BQ X2 like J Gilles band and Tom Petty! slusher Posted January 6, 2015 Posted January 6, 2015 There's a sign on the wall but she wants to be sure 'Cause you know sometimes words have two meanings. In a tree by the brook, there's a songbird who sings, Sometimes all of our thoughts are misgiven

Belugawrx Posted January 6, 2015 Posted January 6, 2015 the greatest line in a song ..... EVER! well, as of right now your something that never should have happened! the head nurse spoke up, said leave this one alone. Bad to the bone George Thorogood? (sp)
chunkypeanutbutter Posted January 6, 2015 Posted January 6, 2015 I was going to say that, but I was hesitant as the first line didn't sound like it. The Thorogood song goes... "And gazed in wide wonder At the joy they had found The head nurse spoke up And said, 'Leave this one alone'"
Belugawrx Posted January 6, 2015 Posted January 6, 2015 Alice Cooper sings "you're something that never should have happened" in Go to He..
