Somebody PLEASE tell me that ridiculous red '68 Camaro is a Photoshop job....

You should see the pictures that guy puts up on the dating sites... ;)

Most of these things rank with putting a kielbasa in your pants, as far as functionality goes.

You know, I have started to consider the Cowl Induction Hood the Mullet of auto mods a while ago now, but would that be the Mullet and Fauxhawk combined into one?!

I'm beginning to think that Greg Myers has a little too much free time on his hands to be digging up and posting all this crazy stuff...:rolleyes: It is all VERY entertaining though. :)

Would you like me to stop ? Feel free to contribute like the others. :) There are some fun build ideas in some of these. Instead of the usual contest builds some of our clubs do why not some of these interesting ideas ?

The 'Suicide King' Studebaker is a wheelstander, it's only on 4 wheels when it's parked. Here it is in its natural environment

You think that's tough, try taxiing out behind this beast! :P

That's why they taxi in S-turns. To someone who doesn't understand what's going on, they look like drunks.

Also, they landed them on the carriers while in a continuous left turn until just before touchdown, so they could see where they were going. Before they figgered out that little trick (actually, the British figgered it out), the Corsairs weren't cleared for carrier operations, which is why the Marines--who usually in those days only got second-line and hand-me-down equipment--got them first, as they were flying them off land (island) bases, not carriers.

The S turns apply to just about all the tail draggers. It is just that late war radials were particularly bad about it.

Here is what can happen if you aren't doing it right. By the way there was one fatality and on serious injury. :(
