Dave Van Posted September 24, 2014 Posted September 24, 2014 Very nice work......I've wanted to build a Hudson LSR car since the sketchpad in that other mag a few years ago.
brett Posted September 24, 2014 Posted September 24, 2014 a bit different he says........ well played mate well played, very very cool !!!
Silver Foxx Posted September 24, 2014 Author Posted September 24, 2014 I like the color scheme as well. What's the source for the wheel covers? The wheel covers came from a friend , he said they came from the AMT Double Dragster kit ( AMT 627 ) , the windshield is made from a cut down plastic measuring spoon . Thanks for the nice comments guys .
james460 Posted September 24, 2014 Posted September 24, 2014 Hate to see that coming up in the rear view window. Too cool.

Jonathan Posted September 25, 2014 Posted September 25, 2014 This is beautiful work! I'm glad you posted. How hard was it to get that resin body to work w/ the kit parts?
misterNNL Posted September 25, 2014 Posted September 25, 2014 Great model.I particularly like the rear 3/4 view. That angle makes me think that this would make a very cool batmobile if it had dual cockpits and windscreens.
Silver Foxx Posted September 26, 2014 Author Posted September 26, 2014 This is beautiful work! I'm glad you posted. How hard was it to get that resin body to work w/ the kit parts? It pretty much dropped straight over the Moebius Hudson chassis . I left off the air cleaners for engine clearance and trimmed off two small tabs at each end of the chassis and that was all that was needed to do . Because the chassis is left stock you can put it back under the kit body any time you like . Hope this helps .
Art Laski Posted September 26, 2014 Posted September 26, 2014 That car is all kinds of cool. Nice work!
