This Cobra was a started kit that was not in the best of shape. Took it apart and cleaned it up as best I could. When the dust cleared this is what I came up with. Not perfect by any means but good enough for one of the Cobra cabinets. Comments always welcome pro or con.

Cobraman, have you ever tried to model a bare aluminum, unpainted Cobra? I'd like to try that sometime. I have some ideas on how it could be done.

Looks good Ray ! I've always wondered what the Minicraft / Academy Cobra body looked like . . . not too bad . But why can't somebody do a decent windshield frame for a Cobra !

Even tho' it has a small block in it the body is still a 427 S/C . :)

I have thought about that many times but never attempted it. Maybe an alcad paint. Wonder if BMF could be made to work. I do have a Franklin Mint Cobra that has the body actually made out of aluminum. Pretty nice.

Thank you guys.
