DeeCee Posted December 18, 2014 Posted December 18, 2014 (edited) Here is a 59 Impala, which had a broken rear pillar when i got it. Went with the low rider theme, and did a custom interior for it. Paint is all Automotive acrylic. Edited December 18, 2014 by DeeCee

James2 Posted December 18, 2014 Posted December 18, 2014 Very nice model, I'm a sucker for a fade. Not sure about the dechrome but the over all paint design is well done. And the all important stance is spot-on.

DeeCee Posted December 19, 2014 Author Posted December 19, 2014 very nice . Can you give any pointers as to how you did that exellent paint job First up. thanks heaps guys, secondly, Doobie, its a bit hard to detail how it was done, but just cut lots of fine masking tape, and just start laying down a pattern over where you want the line work. ( the white sections in this case), then just play until it looks right,
Albie D Posted December 19, 2014 Posted December 19, 2014 My favorite Kustom era! Great job on a cool kit.
