bpletcher55 Posted February 9, 2015 Author Posted February 9, 2015 Thank,s guy,s , Jean ,the base is just a peace of plastic with a peace of angle for the curb , parking meter was in my parts box , paint is light /dark grays ,white ,and flat black sprayed on at about a foot a way to get the effect that looks like concrete ,I used a scribbing tool to make the cracks , Bruce , the headers are made from plastic tubing ,
