wrecker388 Posted May 31, 2015 Posted May 31, 2015 Looks like i'll need to stop by the LHS! What happened!?! It looked great so far. Too bad about what happened.
James2 Posted June 1, 2015 Author Posted June 1, 2015 My BMF must have gotten hot this spring and left a sticky residue on the paint and of coarse the solvent I used to clean it off also took the paint off! The rest is , as they say History.
slusher Posted June 1, 2015 Posted June 1, 2015 Hate that James but you still have the rest to keep you inspired friend. Hang in there...
Guest Posted June 1, 2015 Posted June 1, 2015 Haha. The universal model adjuster must be out of whack! ? I hope you can get it back in whack! Good looking build! I like the color you had for it.
tubbs Posted June 1, 2015 Posted June 1, 2015 that really sucks James, besides a little crack, it's looking real good. I have been looking for a few Sox and Martin versions and cant find any. I have not even started mine yet.

robs4516 Posted June 2, 2015 Posted June 2, 2015 That was looking really good, sorry to see what happened. Good luck getting back to where you were before the disaster hit. Would you mind sharing where the wheels/tires came from?
James2 Posted June 2, 2015 Author Posted June 2, 2015 Yes, the wheels are from an AMT 57 Gasser Vette, and the tires a set of Plastic Performance Products Modifieds.
om617 Posted June 2, 2015 Posted June 2, 2015 I like where you are going with the color and red stripe. Nice to see you arent giving up on it.
Tom Geiger Posted June 2, 2015 Posted June 2, 2015 Ah, that'll buff out. In the end you'll have a complete extra chassis to put under another 'cuda!
robs4516 Posted June 2, 2015 Posted June 2, 2015 Yes, the wheels are from an AMT 57 Gasser Vette, and the tires a set of Plastic Performance Products Modifieds. Thanks for the info. Looking forward to see the next iteration.
