    I did an internet search and that site did not come up. This one did come up in the search, and it may be Hasegawa's site: http://www.hasegawa-model.co.jp/gsite/ , but it looks like you cannot buy their models from this site. I know this is not much help but I would tread very lightly about buying a kit from the website you found.
