TurboKitty
Looking forward to the Foose '68 Firebird & '67 Coronet R/T, they look pretty sweet. They reissued the '99 Mustang Cobra, '93 SVT Cobra, '85 Camaro Z28, '71 GTX, and '69 Charger Daytona too (in addition to some others). Is the Mini Cooper a new tool? http://downloads.hobbico.com/misc/rmx/2012-fall-new-releases.pdf

Is the Mini Cooper a new tool? http://downloads.hob...ew-releases.pdf Yes, the Mini and Ferrari 599 GTO are new Revell of Germany tools. Alas, the rest are reissues...I wonder if there will be new parts w/ the Foose kits. Nice to see the Buick GNX back (was never reissued), though the photo they have is of a GN.. Chuck Most
Lots of cool stuff coming, but I have to ask... don't you think they're about six years too late jumping on the Foose bandwagon?

Exotics_Builder
Lots of cool stuff coming, but I have to ask... don't you think they're about six years too late jumping on the Foose bandwagon? From my IHOBBY notes, if I jotted it down right, Foose apparently got interested based on the Gearz contest and what is being done with Gearz Rat Roaster. They were just getting into discussions with him at time (again, if my notes are correct). I was so intent to be sure all the new stuff got listed and photoged, plus get the questions posed here answered, that this other stuff was secondary. Rob Hall
But, what happened to the '77 GMC truck? That was previously announced. These are new announcements.
Rob Hall
I'd like to have seen more new tools announced, but with 4 new tools from last fall's announcement still coming this summer, I guess it's understandable that this fall is thin. Of the new reissue announcements, I can see getting the GNX (I built one back when it first came out, have an idea for another), and maybe the Foose kits if they have new, interesting wheels and other parts. I already have multiples of most of the other reissues I'd be interested in.

Ryan S.
The Foose kits have a lot of potential is they are fairly faithful to the renderings. I'd hate to see them be reissues with different wheels and decals. I'll be getting the coronet for sure, specifically for the wheels if they are like the picture. I've got a project they'd be perfect on!

sports850
Is anybody else having trouble viewing the .pdf file? Yes , my computer doesn't like it either but my work one does , it's been happening with a lot of pdf's after an adobe update ..... I'm hanging out to see the mini , it's a few mm bigger than the Tamiya one so should be true scale (the Tamiya mini is smaller than 1:24 ...) . sports850
I only found out while doing a scratch built model of one of my cars (Nota Fang , mini based 2 seat sports car) , I built the chassis from scaled measurements from the 1:1 chassis and then found the motor and subframe were a little bit smaller ... Checked the rest of the car and it's smaller than 1:
Erik Smith
Anybody know what year the Mini is? Answered my own question - 1964. Would have been cool to see an earlier version since we do have a very nice 1964 Tamiya kit available. sports850
According to this it's a 1964 cooper (no mention of capacity but should be 998cc I'm guessing) , http://www.revell.de/index.php?id=210&KGKANR=0&KGKOGP=10&KGSCHL=5&L=1&page=1&sort=0&nc=&searchactive=&q=&SWO=&ARMAS4=&PHPSESSID=4468e6c0c1c63c71854a6745e02a5ef5&KZSLPG=&offset=7&cmd=show&ARARTN=07092&sp=
