Where did you find the appropriate wheels? they're perfect Thanks, the bed, wheels, and tires are from the Modelhaus. I rolled it around in genuine Arizona dust to highlight the tires, and got scale rocks in the treads as a bonus. --MJS

Jon Cole
When I saw the first pic, I actually thought it was a 1:1 truck. It's that good.
James2
Well done. I like the small details, such as the tire wear, dash and running boards.
Guest
This is one of the nicest service trucks I've seen! Everything looks so well put together that it looks like a kit out of a box instead of the kitbash it actually is. Well done Mike!

mikemodeler
Looks like IR has a new service truck ready to hit the road, direct from the Ford dealer! Great job on that Mike, it looks fantastic. I could have sworn that it was the real thing!

Erik Smith
Very nice build. The addition of the Tichy bolts for lug nuts really helped the wheels.

Wheels
Very nice job Mike! I like the extra details! Where did you find the mirrors at? I did put mirrors on my Dodge service truck because traveling to model shows, I didn't want to worry about them breaking off. When I'm not displaying it anymore, I may add a set to it. TheCat
That's an awesome looking truck. Love all the detail you've done to it. Where did you get the little phone antenna on the rear window from?

Kit Basher
Really, really nice. All the extra work you put into this thing really paid off. BTW, my compressor needs fixing, could you send a crew over?
Maindrian Pace
Thanks everyone for the nice comments. Very nice job Mike! I like the extra details! Where did you find the mirrors at? I did put mirrors on my Dodge service truck because traveling to model shows, I didn't want to worry about them breaking off. When I'm not displaying it anymore, I may add a set to it. I made the mirror frames out of soldered brass rod, and the mirrors are from the F-350 kit. I wanted strength too, and the brass fit the bill. -MJS
Maindrian Pace
That's an awesome looking truck. Love all the detail you've done to it. Where did you get the little phone antenna on the rear window from? I made the base from a few pieces of Evergreen styrene, and the antenna is a piece of trash bag twist tie wire wrapped around a small drill bit. -MJS
