  1. it looks great, nice work
  2. thanks a lot guys, much appreciated. lillakev - thats pretty cool, did you ever see the original ? what colours was it ?
  3. This was built from the revell muscle kit, I built it following the instructions with no extras or modifications. I was just focused on doing a clean build and decent paint. The kit was a good one to build and it went together really well. I chose the Tamiya british green because i like how it looks with a white stripe, It's not a colour i'd usualy go for but i am pleasantly surprised by the results. Thanks for looking and as always any comments both positive and negative are appreciated.
  4. Thanks a lot guys, i loved building it it was a nice change to make a more "toy like" model and going a bit crazy with it. I posted it in the all the rest section and was given some good tips and advice about wiring and a few details so i'll post more pics when i get myself sorted with all that. I just noticed the Panthers charger, that looks really cool the blue is perfect ! good work on that one mike. I have an old build of a chevy SSR that i did in black and orange and i just decaled that up with bengals stuff too, It was only my 4th ever model build though so it is certainly not my best work. The kit was really good and i kind of regret building it when i did. I'm keeping an eye out for another one though as i think i could make it look pretty good if i did another.
  5. Many thanks for all the comments and feedback, I will certainly get myself some material for wiring as i have another two RM kustoms to build, I love the kits and hopefully the next ones will be an improvement. sportandmiah - The first game i ever watched as a kid was the bengals vs niners superbowl so i just picked a team without knowing anything about American Football, about 5 years ago i got into it in a big way and I just stuck with them, all my mates over here just choose the patriots or cowboys and i didn't fancy the whole glory fan thing. Now i am doomed to the sufferings of a bengals fan ! Harry - thanks for all your help, that bobber of yours is an absolute beauty ! bbsbase - thanks for the tips and help, you will certainly see more bikes from me as i enjoyed doing this one so much.
  6. thanks Harry, i didn't even consider the headlight angle or the chain, I built it as per the instructions as i have no idea about bikes in general. what materials should i look for to use in terms of wiring and cables ? I have not tried engine wiring on cars yet either so i'd be gratefull for any suggestions as i plan to do that soon.
  7. I saw a couple of RM Kustoms builds on here and liked the look of them so i got myself The Gambler kit, I used it to build this as part of the NFL community build. The decals are my first effort at making my own and i'm reasonably happy with them all things considered. Any feedback be it positive or negative is appreciated, thanks for looking.
  8. ok here is my Bengals chopper, i used the RM Kustoms "Gambler" kit. This was my first attempt at making my own decals and whilst far from perfect i'm happy with how they turned out. The kit was a joy to build and i have already bought two more of the RM Kustom kits for a rainy day. Thanks for looking.
  9. looks great, i'd be happy with the result.

great work, it looks awesome !
  17. as a child my dad used to bring them home from work for me, They came from the council skips and most were in surprisingly good condition. I had hundreds of them by the time i reached my teens in all sorts of conditions. I'll never forget the day my mother gave them away to her friend for his new born boy !

  19. count me in, i'll be building a Bengals themed model. I'm leaning towards a Chopper right now but might change my mind and build a truck or car (or maybe even all 3). This is a fantastic idea for a community build.
