curb Posted May 6, 2015 Posted May 6, 2015 Been working on this Corvair powered T for months .. Just can't paint in the garage in - Temps. (hit low of -27c here this winter) Still somethings to do.
chunkypeanutbutter Posted May 6, 2015 Posted May 6, 2015 Now that's somethin'! Like the T in the roof.
blunc Posted May 7, 2015 Posted May 7, 2015 might want to re-think the engine location, maybe move it to the front where it can shine (and it won't be so tail heavy).
charlie8575 Posted May 7, 2015 Posted May 7, 2015 I'm liking making it a front engine/rear transaxle affair a'la newer Corvettes and rope-drive Tempests. The front engine would also allow for use of the turbocharger, which would be a fun car to say the least. The basic concept, final execution not withstanding, is very interesting. Charlie Larkin
Snake45 Posted May 12, 2015 Posted May 12, 2015 I seem to recall seeing something similar in Car Craft magazine's "Street Freaks" section in the late '60s or early '70s. Very cool!
