maltsr Posted November 26, 2017 Posted November 26, 2017 This is the Goodguys version, built OOB apart from plug wiring. Paint is Tamiya Pearl Yellow with Testor's Flame Red interior. Thanks for looking.
Dann Tier Posted November 26, 2017 Posted November 26, 2017 Super sweeeet!!! how'd this kit go together.....any issues? -I have the convertible version of this kit.
Lovefordgalaxie Posted November 26, 2017 Posted November 26, 2017 I like it!! Getting the itch to build the Street rod version of this car. Have being looking for one, but there are none for sale locally.
DustyMojave Posted November 26, 2017 Posted November 26, 2017 I want to build this kit as a 40. Then I want to build another with an AMT 36 3 window body on it. 36 needs juice brakes anyway. But it seems odd that Revell left the 6 volt battery with the Halibrand wheels. Even in the early 50s converting to 12V was popular according to my dad.
unclescott58 Posted November 26, 2017 Posted November 26, 2017 Very nice. I'm surprised by the color combination. Yellow with a red interior? It shouldn't work. But, it looks good in your photos.
peekay Posted November 26, 2017 Posted November 26, 2017 Another great looking model from you Paul. Excellent!

Thanks guys. No real issues, main problem was fitting the windshield. I've built the coupe previously and also the convertible without any dramas.
Mr. Muppet Posted November 28, 2017 Posted November 28, 2017 (edited) Very classy and clean build. Edited November 28, 2017 by Mr. Muppet
mredjr Posted August 19, 2018 Posted August 19, 2018 Beautiful!! Did that kit not come with the vent window or did you just not use them?
