Will never see it, but sleeper interior is as done as it’s getting.

Fair amount of work done on the trailer, it’s a bit narrow for this truck, but gonna run with it and see how it turns out . Got cab/hood and sleeper in second coat of color. 80% of the interior bits are painted as well. Making great progress, so I should hit a wall soon, lol.

Holy cow... how you guys get so much done in such a short period of time... I'm always amazed.

So... do you use the "Plastruct" instead of regular liquid model cement ?   Is that the "secret weapon" for building so fast ?

Looking good !

Lol, seeing that it’s mid winter, I got nothing else to do after work. Instead of rotting in front of the tv, I go to the model bench and putter. This usually results in me getting things done :D.

yes, I use plastruct bondene, thin liquid that sets pretty fast, so it does speed up the process some.

Thanks, once the weather changes to ‘nice’, the model room won’t get much activity......

Nice work on the flatbed! I like the period correct mudflap weights. You are so far ahead of me, 2 weeks in and all I have accomplished is getting the engine built and painted!

Thanks guys. I’m half thinking of building another flatbed to serve as the load for this one, but, who knows, I never really seem to have a plan.....
