Sam I Am Posted February 27, 2019 Author Posted February 27, 2019 Thanks again everyone ! Before I button it up and put it under glass I have one quick question. My cab is sitting in its rear mounts, is level with the shifting plate, and sits level on the chassis, also the bumper is installed in the proper location and the cab tilts just fine.....but....does the gap between the bumper and cab look too wide? I can move the bumper up a bit if needed, or call it good and move on to the next build.what do you all think?
tbill Posted February 27, 2019 Posted February 27, 2019 These cabs sit too high from the get go, I’d leave it if it were me. Great looking build by the way
DRIPTROIT 71 Posted February 27, 2019 Posted February 27, 2019 (edited) Everything does look good. If it were me, I would raise the bumper though. These kits were like that from the factory. Here's an Astro that I did a little over 20 years ago. I raised the bumper. 132 by Brian Smith, on Flickr Edited February 27, 2019 by DRIPTROIT 71
Hermann Kersten Posted March 2, 2019 Posted March 2, 2019 Nice build, the cab color is also well chosen. Hermann.
JerseeJerry55 Posted September 13, 2019 Posted September 13, 2019 Sam I like it. Great job. Color is spot on and interior looks great. Well done.
