vincen47
Here’s a 72 Cheyenne that I built several years ago, but recently had another go at it improving the details and weathering. I had a lot fun updating the build.

Bucky
Very cool! I especially like the high tech method used for holding the bed sides on! Can you tell me where the propane tank came from?

The seller is icemancollections. He doesn’t list any right now, but I bet you could ask him.
89AKurt
That's killer! Lucky you even got the kit to begin with, surprised how $carce they are. Love the rusty weathering.

Love the rusty weathering. Thanks! I picked it up many years ago when it was re-issued, glad I did. It’s been a while since it last came out, I think, so maybe Round 2 will bring it back. I've done plenty business with Joel. I'll give him a shout and see if I can scare up a couple those tanks. I have one of the '72 pickup kits, and a project similar to this might be just the ticket! Spex84
Cool Lots of interesting details to admire in this project. Reminds me of the old trucks I've seen in Mexico used for hauling boats in and out of the water....tons of rust, barely holding together, but still useful!
