I've been a St Louis Blues fan since 1968, the Scotty Bowman, Plager bros, Glenn Hall and Red Berenson era...LOL...

Love what your doing with this rod...

I’m liking this more and more, suspension will be getting final assembly pretty quick, then the engine will be plumbed and installed.

Freaking awesome,  Bil ! Shakey hands be damned!  Those tires are firmly in the Fifties. I love it ? ! ! ! Finish it!

Thank you Jim, I’m excited to get it across the finish line, now that it’s close to the end it deserved a name. Not gonna lie the wires took hours, had to figure out new ways to brace/steady my hands. I  usually don’t have to use stands and clamps for wiring, but hey I’m not getting any younger. This most likely stems back to neck injuries from my past, I know I have nerve damage.

It’s not easy, I work with MS and have very little to no use of my right hand . Your build is looking Great. Hang in there brother.

Thank you Carl, I’ve dealt with and have overcome a lot of adversities in my life, I took up this hobby again after my heart attack to find a low stress low impact hobby. It has had its moments, but loss of control over my hands would make this a difficult hobby to continue. I’ll keep plugging away as long as I can.

Many of us "seniors" suffer with one thing or another but we adapt. Some days are better than others so we do what we can on the good ones and watch Netflix on the bad ones. ?

The way your model sits looks sooooo right. Add in the flathead, whitewalls, target era of the build- I really like what you are doing with this one.

Thank you, I try to build cars that appeal to my senses lol, cars that I would actually own and drive. And I love the design of the flathead engine, yes it’s not as powerfull as the sbc, nailheads or olds mills. But it has a unique character.

The manifold and the heads are 3D, I had a local friend print them for me, I’m sure iceman collections has some as well. I just sent my last full set of parts to @chris chabre

Replicas and Miniatures of Md does a beautiful setup just like that for those that are looking.
